Exchange and return policy

Overview

We offer a 14-day return policy. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the product is unused, in its original condition with the original packaging and with the purchase receipt.

Damages and defects:

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days to evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions:

- Some products cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, specialty products, personal care goods, and hazardous materials. Contact us to inquire about any specific product.
- Used mobiles cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect within 7 days
- Used mobiles have a 3-month warranty for replacement in case of a manufacturing defect
- The warranty for used iPhones does not include the battery percentage, but includes its actual performance

Refunds:

You will be notified after the returned product has been inspected and a decision has been made regarding the refund. If approved, the amount will be refunded using the same method of payment.

Substitution:

Products with manufacturing defects can be replaced during the warranty period. The product must be tested and verified to be safe before returning. If the product is free of manufacturing defects after inspection, it will be returned to you with the shipping cost borne by you.
* The customer has the right to replace one item with another with the same value stated on the invoice.
